We make use of a courier company who can track your order from the day your order leaves our premises.

We try to minimise the courier cost and therefor each order is quoted separately. Once we receive your order, we endeavour to confirm your final quotation including shipping cost within two working days.

On your “Cart Totals” you will see the link “Request a quote” in the Shipping line. Beneath that you will see “Shipping to”. It is important that your city and postal code is there. If not, click on “change address” to type them in. Once your city and postal code displays you can click on “Request a quote”.

You will receive an email with your shipping cost. You can then proceed to make payment and send us the POP.

As an indication the courier cost for smaller parcels, below 15kg, is in the region of R200 and for larger parcels, between 15kg and 25kg, is in the region of R200 to R250. Please let us know if you prefer to make use of your own courier and we will assist where possible.

For international shipping the charges are calculated for delivery to your address, but excludes any customs- and other tax duties specific to your country.
