If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please be advised that colour and end-products might slightly vary because the majority of my products are handmade. Note that product review and packaging is done by myself and I am very strict when it comes to customer satisfaction. However, if a fault may creep in and you are not totally happy with your order, please feel free to <a href=\"admin@maritza.co.za\">contact <\/a>me. I will do my best to rectify any problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional non-returnable items:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloadable software products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:admin@martiza.co.za\">this e-mail address<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sale items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an <a href=\"mailto:admin@maritza.co.za\">email here<\/a>, and send your item to the return address on the parcel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping and Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address of the parcel you received from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
